    Action starts with awareness. We’ll get clear on what you desire, your values, what’s out of balance and what will lead to fulfillment. This is the foundation of how you move forward towards your authentic life.

  • Intention

    With your clear vision we will create a plan to move forward. We envision the first couple of steps needed to get moving. The emphasis is on getting into action (you’ve probably been thinking about this long enough, it’s time to take the first step forward).

  • Action + Integration

    Change begins here. This is the ongoing process of stepping into your authentic life. I support you through the ups and downs of change. The focus here is on a growth mindset and learning through action. We’ll take a step, see what worked, pivot if needed, and keep moving forward.
